St. Joseph Church has teamed up with myEoffering to enable parishioners to give your weekly offering electronically from your bank account or credit / debit card in place of using a paper envelope. You can opt to make a one-time gift, if you are out of town or ill on a particular weekend and not able to attend Mass at St. Joseph -or- you can opt to make a weekly reoccurring gift so that you don’t have to worry about bringing an envelope to mass every weekend. You can also use electronic giving for Holy Day and special collections as well! By using electronic giving, the parish is able to budget more effectively as well as save money on the cost of supplying paper envelopes.
“myEoffering” is part of the Church Budget company that has provided the parish with offertory envelopes since 1978 and has strict security measures in place, including compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
Offertory envelopes will still be available to those who prefer not to give electronically. And those who sign up for “myEoffering” may use laminated cards that will be kept in the pews and which can be placed in the offertory baskets to signify that you donate online.
Please keep an eye out for more information about electronic giving in our bulletin, “On The Level” newsletter and posted around the church. If you have any questions about electronic giving please call the Parish Office at (440) 988-2848.
